At Tuckernuck, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original shipping box or a similar container, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
